With a membership, you can get care for day-to-day medical problems and urgent issues like infections and colds for one monthly price. We have 4 levels of memberships for different needs. We also have business memberships

Our Packages

Yellowstone Holistic Direct Primary Care memberships are 6 month and 12 months commitment depending on need early cancellation is $ 200.
