About Dr. Roberto Fars, MD

Dr. Roberto Fars: Education, Clinical Leadership, and a Systems-Based Approach to Longevity.

Dr. Roberto Fars received part of his medical training at the University of Bologna in Italy — the

oldest university in the world, founded in 1099 and widely regarded as one of the most prestigious

academic institutions in Europe. Admission is highly competitive, and the institution is known for its

rigorous academic standards and deep intellectual tradition. He completed his Internal Medicine

residency training in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident

— a leadership role recognizing both clinical excellence and professional integrity. Dr. Fars is board

certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and

Surgeons. His Internal Medicine training represents the highest level of physician education

focused on adult health, complex physiology, advanced biochemistry, and multi-organ system

integration. Internal Medicine requires years of hospital-based residency training, extensive clinical

decision-making, and mastery of chemistry, cellular biology, pathophysiology, and systemic disease

processes. This foundation provides a comprehensive understanding of how organ systems interact

— not in isolation, but as an integrated whole. Rather than pursuing short-term certification

pathways, Dr. Fars’ approach is grounded in decades of formal medical education, residency

leadership, board certification, and continuous clinical experience.

Clinical Leadership & Move to the American West

After completing his residency on the East Coast, Dr. Fars made the intentional decision to move

west — drawn by the independence, strength, and authenticity of Wyoming life. While surrounded

by strong Italian-American communities in Pennsylvania, he felt called to experience the culture of

the American West and build his life in a region aligned with his values. He previously practiced in

Sheridan, Wyoming, and served for many years as a hospitalist, caring for complex inpatient cases

across multiple hospitals throughout the state. Dr. Fars served as Program Director for the Hospitalist

Program at Memorial Hospital of Converse County in Douglas, Wyoming, and previously held

leadership roles at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. His clinical career includes years of

hospital-based medicine, end-of-life care leadership, and multidisciplinary medical coordination.

Following the COVID era, Dr. Fars redirected his primary professional focus toward prevention,

performance optimization, and systems-based longevity care — believing that the future of

medicine must prioritize proactive physiology over reactive disease management.

Systems-Based Medicine & Applied Biophysics

Dr. Fars applies a systems-based model that integrates traditional medical science with advanced

performance analytics and applied biophysics. By combining metabolic testing, oxygen efficiency

analysis, hydration dynamics, and structural body composition evaluation, he examines how the

body truly functions at a foundational level. This perspective moves beyond surface metrics and

focuses on the interaction between chemistry, cellular energy production, oxygen utilization,

hormonal balance, and organ system resilience. It allows for precision-guided recommendations

designed to optimize performance and longevity.

Lifestyle Education & Italian Heritage

Born in Italy, Dr. Fars integrates Mediterranean principles of nutrition, movement, community, and

stress reduction into structured longevity strategies. He organizes immersive experiences in Italy

that allow participants to engage with cultural rhythms influenced by Mediterranean and Blue Zone

traditions — demonstrating how environment, diet, connection, and pace of life influence long-term

health. He believes longevity is both measured and lived — guided by data, strengthened by

community, and sustained by lifestyle.

Commitment to Wyoming & Family

Dr. Fars proudly calls Wyoming home. He values the strength, resilience, and authenticity of the

region and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting with his children. He is married to his wife, Riley,

a massage therapist and a Casper, Wyoming native from a multi-generational Wyoming family.

Together, they are committed to building a physician-led performance and longevity center that

reflects both clinical excellence and community values. Dr. Fars is especially proud of his two sons.

Rhett is currently attending the University of Wyoming pursuing a major in psychology. Antonio is

completing his studies at Casper College and will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall.

Their dedication to education and personal growth is a source of great pride and inspiration.

A Physician-Led Model of Precision Longevity

Yellowstone IV Lounges & Elite Longevity operates under a physician-guided model rooted in

board-certified Internal Medicine training, hospital leadership experience, advanced performance

testing, and structured lifestyle optimization. Dr. Fars combines international academic foundation,

residency leadership, extensive hospital practice, and systems-level understanding to deliver

precision-guided performance and longevity strategy for individuals committed to measurable

results.
